Anyone reading this has probably already seen some of these pictures but I just wanted to post for journal purposes. I have done a Christmas card every year since Kennedy was born and consider it my journal/scrapbook/history all in one. At least once a year, I have a legitimate picture and tid bit.

My intentions were for only the kids to be in the picture but Eric insisted we all should be. I have serious "rooting" going on but decided not to be vain and go for it. My personal favorite was the helmet picture but Eric was a little too humiliated for the whole world to see it via mail so I decided to post it here. It almost fits Eric's head.

I am thinking about really punching at this point but I'm sure would've injured my hand before hurting Eric. Just kidding. I was just being totally cheesy which is difficult for me. Below is the tid bit I sent out with the card just in case you didn't get enough already.
GREETINGS!
In keeping with tradition, we’d like to share a bit of humor from our gene pool.
Dancing with the Stars is a favorite TV show by all members of our family. Boston asked on one occasion, “When do I get to dance with a girl? I want to dance with Eva and do the Cha cha.” He’s Mr. Lover boy.
One evening while getting ready for bed, Jackson informed me “you should never eat soggy waffles or you’ll get a rash on your privates.” At least that’s what Leighton told him.
The twins played organized tackle football for the first time and Leighton was so excited when he heard he had to wear protection for the family jewels. “Now we don’t even have to use the bathroom. We can just pee in our cup!”
Kennedy is much too mature to say silly things. She’s very logical. When I tell the kids that drinking my soda is bad for them, she pipes up “then why do you drink it?” I feel confident she could handle all 4 boys if I was ever admitted.
Imagine Eric in a pair of stark blue overalls on a Harley cruising to Sturgis, South Dakota. Throw in an Obama mask and you’ve got yourself a wild adventure. Good times.
Me, I’m a “Kept Woman” (from Eric’s perspective). I have no complaints. Life is good today.
We hope your life is good today and better tomorrow.
May you enjoy this season and reflect on what is really important.
Merry Christmas!
Eric, Allyson, Kennedy (almost 11), Jackson (7), Leighton (7), and Boston (4)
