24th of July

We started the day in Ogden with the Bell's going to a Pioneer Day parade. I've decided I like small town parades better because they don't last as long. Then we drove to Lehi where Shannon and Dave live (sister and brother-in-law) and stayed the night. This was our final night of being on the rode. The twins disappeared into Noah and Luke's dream bedroom and were in video game heaven.

They played the Wii and watched Noah conquer whatever game he took on on the DS.

Later in the evening we went over to the Wallis' (Mike & Melinda) and roasted smores and put off fireworks. It seems like when boys get around fire they turn destructive. They were setting fireworks on the neighborhood slow down sign and blowing them up. The kids thought it was so cool. Pictured is Luke (7), Jackson, and Christian (almost 12).

Kennedy, Katelyn (7), Boston, & Noah

Boston went into Ella's (3) closet and picked out her outfit. She wore whatever he wanted her to. I don't think that happens very often. Notice how Boston's shirt is tucked in. We've told him it looks dorky and uncles were even calling him "Erkle" but he didn't care.
